Our Fees and Services

Fiancée and Marriage Visas

We charge a flat fee of $975 ($500 to start) for a K-1 fiancée visa, and $1,075 ($550 to start) for a CR-1 marriage visa.

Adjustment of Status

For our K-1 clients, we charge $700 to handle their Green Card, work permit, and travel permit applications once they have arrived in the U.S. and are married.

A. K-1 Fiancée Visas: $975 ($500 to Start)

(1) Flat Fee: This is a flat fee—start to finish.

(2) Paperwork: We prepare your petition and affidavit of support, and give advice and support to you and your fiancée.

(3) Consular Processing: We counsel and advise you and your fiancée as to the information and supporting documentation necessary for your fiancée to do consular processing at the U.S. Embassy, where she will be interviewed; we will give your fiancée advice on how to organize her documents, and advice on sample questions to expect from the Consulate at her interview.

(4) Troubleshooting: If any issues or problems come up, we take care of them at no extra charge. We are there from start to finish until your fiancée gets her K-1 visa.

(5) Case Management: We will communicate by telephone, mail, fax, and email as necessary and appropriate with the USCIS and U.S. Embassy regarding your visa application while it is in process.

We will keep you advised of all significant developments in the progress of your case, and will copy you on all receipts, communications, and decisions received from the USCIS or U.S. Consulate.

When your K-1 visa is issued, we will advise you as to the next step in applying for your (now) wife’s Green Card.

(6) Bottom Line: This is the total cost for your fiancée’s K-1 visa (including all government fees) if you hire us:

  • Attorney’s Fees: $975 ($500 to start; balance in three months) 
  • Filing Fee to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security: $675 (you need this check when we have your petition ready to send to the USCIS) 
  • Medical Exam: $350 (approx.); this comes after USCIS approval 
  • Consular Processing Fee: $265; this also comes after USCIS approval

Total Cost for K-1 Visa: $2,265

Keep in mind that once she comes to the U.S. and marries you, she must apply for a Green Card.

CR-1 Marriage Visas: $1,075 ($550 to Start)

Add $200 for each child who will receive a CR-2 visa and Green Card.

(2) Paperwork: We prepare your petition and affidavit of support, and give advice and support to you and your spouse.

(3) Consular Processing: We counsel and advise you and your spouse as to the information and supporting documentation necessary for your spouse to do consular processing at the U.S. Embassy, where she will be interviewed; we will give her advice on how to organize her documents and advice on sample questions to expect from the Consulate at her interview.

(4) Troubleshooting: If any issues or problems come up, we take care of them at no extra charge. We are there from start to finish until your spouse gets her CR-1 visa and Green Card.

(5) Case Management: We will communicate by telephone, mail, fax, and email as necessary and appropriate with the USCIS and U.S. Embassy regarding your visa application while it is in process.

When your CR-1 visa is issued, we will advise you as to the next step on how your wife will receive her Green Card and Social Security card.

(6) Bottom Line: This is the total cost for your spouse’s CR-1 visa (including all government fees) if you hire us:

  • Attorney’s Fees: $1,075 ($550 to start; balance in three months) 
  • Filing Fee to U.S. Department of Homeland Security: $675 
  • Processing Fee to National Visa Center: $445 
  • Medical Exam: $350 (approx.) 
  • USCIS Green Card Fee: $235

Total Cost for CR-1 Visa: $2,760

Your wife would get both her CR-1 visa and Green Card. Any children would get a CR-2 visa and a Green Card.

NOTE: If you are petitioning for children in addition to your wife, you have to file a separate petition for each child, and we charge $200 per child for that; you will have to pay the same filing fee to the USCIS, and Green Card fees to the State Department and USCIS, as you would for your spouse’s petition.
